The food at Loop 51: Generous portions and crave-worthy comfort classics
From the first look at the menu, it’s clear that Loop 51 is all about variety and generosity. There are plenty of different plates to choose from, and everything we tried was full of flavor and served in big portions at very fair prices, a rare find in this part of the city! A standout for us was the hash brown, perfectly crispy and seriously addictive. It’s the kind of comfort dish you keep thinking about after you leave.
A Vinyl Bar Made for Hanging Around
The atmosphere is just as much a reason to come here as the food. Loop 51 doubles as a vinyl bar, with great tunes playing that give the place a relaxed, cool energy. Located right in the heart of De Pijp, it fits perfectly into the neighborhood’s hip, creative vibe. It’s easy to come for dinner and end up staying longer, moving straight into drinks without ever feeling rushed. Ideal for a casual night out, a low-key date, or an easy evening with friends.
